Travelling North is not associated with any government or entity that issues permits on behalf of the government. Travelling North offers assistance with immigration and concierge services for an additional price. It manages a privately published website that provides broad knowledge on topics about immigration/permits. It is neither a law firm nor offers its users any legal advice or recommendations. The information on this website should only be used as a source of general knowledge and not as a replacement for expert counsel. Customer Engagement and Responsibilities
Upon request from the RCIC, the Client shall deliver:
In a reasonable amount of time, all required paperwork.
Every document must be written in English or French or be translated into English or French.
The Client knows that any information he gives the RCIC must be truthful and correct. Any errors could render this Agreement invalid or significantly impact how the application turns out. If the Client willfully discloses any erroneous, deceptive, or false material information, the RCIC’s obligations under the Visa Services Agreement shall be null and void. The Client is still liable for the debt.
The Client must alert the RCIC immediately if they get any direct contact from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canadian Embassy, or any other agent, department, or ministry. Any changes to the marital, family or civil status of any person listed on the application and any changes to their physical address or contact information must be reported to the RCIC by the Client.
Limitation of Liability
Even if Travelling North has been informed of the possibility of such damages, Travelling North shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this website or the performance of the products. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you because applicable law may not permit the restriction or exclusion of liability, incidental damages, or consequential damages.
Legalities
Traveling North and you have entered into a legal agreement by using our website and purchasing goods and services. You acknowledge that reasonable legal fees may be granted to the party that wins civil litigation.
