A qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree) from a secondary (high school) or post-secondary institution is required. If the qualification was not obtained from a Canadian university, you will need to obtain an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) to demonstrate that it is valid and comparable to a Canadian qualification.

World Education Services (WES), which we hired for our application, is one of the few businesses allowed by IRCC to do the ECA.

You must pass an approved language test in English or French that demonstrates that you meet the level for writing, reading, listening, and speaking, with a minimum score of 7 on all four abilities. On the day you apply for permanent residency, your test results must be less than two years old.

How long does it take to get a Canada PR Visa through the FSWP, and how much does it cost?

IRCC expects to process a perfect application for a Canada PR Visa through the FSWP within 6-8 months after receiving it. The length of time it takes to process an application is determined by whether or not the candidate provided accurate information and appropriate papers to back up their qualifications. They may be asked to submit the documents again, or their application may be rejected entirely. As a result, any potential immigrant should contact an experienced immigration consultant with a team of experts in the documentation.

What makes the Canadian Skilled Worker Program different from Express Entry?

The FSW Program is a Canadian immigration program that you can apply for if you want to live in Canada permanently. Express Entry is not an immigration program; it is the system used by the Canadian government to manage permanent residency applications.

You use the Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker program to apply for permanent residency in Canada through one of Express Entry's three immigration programs:

1.Skilled Worker Program of Canada. For skilled workers who have never worked in Canada.

Federal Skilled Trades Program of Canada. For craftsmen who are qualified.

Class on the Canadian Experience. For skilled workers who have recently worked in Canada.

What are FSWP's benefits?

The following are the primary benefits of applying for a Canada PR visa under the Federal Skilled Worker Program:

There is no need that a candidate who has a connection to Canada to be eligible for FSWP. It is an excellent alternative for individuals living outside of Canada to apply for a Canada PR Visa through this program if they are able to achieve the minimum requirements of the program.

It's the program that issues the most ITAs.

However, even if an applicant is eligible for Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program, there is no guarantee that they will receive an ITA.
